For every web design package that we sell we offer the option of having the site hosted on our servers or being bought outright and hosted on your own servers. The main difference is the way the websites are priced:
- Hosted websites are priced on a monthly basis, with no initial setup cost for the design. The site will remain live for as long as you pay for it and you will not be tied in to a lengthy contract. This package is ideal for someone who does not want the expense of paying for a website upfront.
- Websites bought outright are priced on a project basis and are payed for upfront (according to our standard payment terms). The main benefit being that once the site is paid for you own it completely and it sits on your own web servers, there is no ongoing monthly fee for the website design.
The Basic Package
The basic package for accountancy websites is an ideal starter point for small business with little to no web presence. The package includes the design of the website, built onto our content management system with a secure contact form.

The Premium Package
The premium package for accountancy websites is the best fit for the majority of accountancy firms out there. The package includes the design of the website, built onto our content management system with secure contact form, the addition of a blog or news section of the site and a secure client login area.

The Basic package comes with our Simple CMS system which is designed for simple edits to website content. Our Premium and Gold packages come with our WordPress solutions, a powerful content management system allowing easy addition of content and company blog.
SEO Package. Which of our outstanding value Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) packages does the site come with?
Secure Contact Form. A secure contact form with anti-spam protection allowing clients to safely contact you.
Secure Client Area. Email is not the most secure way of transmitting confidential documents. Our secure client area allows your clients to log in to your website and upload/download documentation.
Site Search. Allow users to easily search your website with a search form.
Twitter Integration Automatically show your twitter updates on your website.
Facebook Integration. Integrate your facebook page and allow users to “Like” your page on your website.
Website Maintenance. Have us maintain and update your website as part of your package. Restricted to 3 updates per month for Premium users and 10 updates per month for Gold users.
Monthly Newsletter. We will create and mail a monthly newsletter to your clients. Your will be presented with the content prior to it going out so you can edit and add to it as you see fit.
Video Marketing. We will create a promotional video for your business and upload it to various video websites, such as YouTube, Vimeo and Metacafe.

Managed Website. Want someone to manage your website rather than getting one of your own employees to do so? We will regularly update your site with fresh content, generating content ourselves as well as taking content from you.
